No Weapon Formed Against You Shall Prosper | Words of Thought

“Words of Thought”

August 2nd, 2025

The following is taken from one of my daily devotional books.

No weapon turned against you shall succeed, and you will have justice against every courtroom lie. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord. “This is the blessings I have given you,” says the Lord. For the Angel of the Lord guards and rescues all who reverence him. Oh, put God to the test and see how kind he is! See for yourself the way his mercies shower down on all who trust in him. If you belong to the Lord, reverence him; for everyone who does this has everything he needs. Even strong young lions sometimes go hungry, but those of us who reverence the Lord will never lack any good thing. He sees that I am given pleasant brooks and meadows as my share! What a wonderful inheritance!

For you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture. Since he did not spare even his own Son for us but gave him up for us all, won’t he also surely give us everything else?

Below are some scriptures related to this article. All scriptures are taken from the KJV Bible.

For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name. Psalm 61:5

No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. Isaiah 54:17

The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him. The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.  Psalm 34:7-10

The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage. Psalm 16:6

But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. Malachi 4:2

He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Romans 8:32

May these “Words of Thought” be a blessing unto you.
