SUBMISSION AGREEMENT
Submission to the TEXDIV Reporter is voluntary, and your contribution is greatly appreciated. By submitting, you confirm that any media—such as pictures, videos, documents, and words—is either owned by you or that you have obtained the necessary rights and permissions to act on behalf of an individual or entity. You bear full responsibility for the media that you upload, and you assert that you have full permission to share such media with the Texas Division Sons of Confederate Veterans. Additionally, by submitting media, you grant the Texas Division Sons of Confederate Veterans, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, full and perpetual rights to use the submitted media for any purpose deemed necessary by the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional materials, publications, online content, and any other use related to the activities of the Texas Division Sons of Confederate Veterans. The rights granted herein shall extend in perpetuity, with no possibility of termination, unless the organization ceases its operations.
