GATESVILLE, TEXAS, Aug. 16 – The 7th Brigade, led by Brigade Commander D.W. Davis, conducted a Brigade Leadership Training class on Saturday, hosted by the BG John Creed Moore Camp #578.
The program featured a series of presentations from Division and Army of Trans-Mississippi leadership. Division Commander Shelby Little opened the training with remarks on leadership. ATM Commander John McCammon followed with a discussion of the duties and responsibilities of the Lieutenant Commander.
Division Public Relations Officer Johnny Anderson addressed strategies for effective public relations. Division Chaplain James Bozeman outlined the role of the Camp Chaplain, and Camp Adjutant Michael Broussard reviewed the responsibilities of the Camp Adjutant. Chief of Staff Bill Elliott concluded the program with an overview of the Guardian and Awards programs.
Attendance was reported at approximately 50 Compatriots and Ladies, marking a strong turnout for the Brigade event.
