Step back into the colorful history of West Texas and join Judge Roy Bean Camp #2298 for the Miss Lillie Langtry Birthday Banquet on Saturday, October 17, 2026, in Sheffield, Texas.

Come hungry! The Camp will be serving up brisket with all the homemade trimmings for an afternoon of good food, fellowship and Texas history. The banquet will also feature a special program from the Director of Fort Lancaster, bringing a little more of the history of the frontier to the occasion.

And it’s all for a good cause — proceeds from the banquet benefit Judge Roy Bean Camp #2298. At just $20 per plate, grab a seat, bring your appetite and spend the afternoon with fellow history enthusiasts celebrating the birthday of the legendary Miss Lillie Langtry.
