Program: We are honored to have Jeffrey Addicott as our speaker this year. He is 31 year member of the SCV and Judge Advocate of Lt. Jesse Page Camp, Lt. Col (US Army, Ret.), Professor of Law and Director of The Warrior Defense Project at Saint Mary’s School of Law. A frequent contributor to national and international news outlets such as FOX News, CNN, BBC, New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Washington Post and author of several important books on Lincoln’s War.
