About This Camp
The Alamo City Guards Camp #1325, based in San Antonio, Texas, is a chapter of the Sons of Confederate Veterans (SCV) within the Texas Division. Our mission is to honor Confederate soldiers through memorial events, promote a balanced understanding of Confederate history, and preserve historical sites, monuments, and artifacts. We assist members in tracing their Confederate ancestry and engage in community service projects focused on historical preservation and veteran support. Our activities include monthly meetings, historical tours, reenactments, and educational events. Membership is open to male descendants of Confederate soldiers who share our commitment.
